How Parents Can Adopt Successful Screen Time Habits With Their Kids

I am not an expert when it comes to screen time.

However, I have been a teacher for twelve years and have observed the effects on screen time on our youth.

While I don’t have any hard data with numbers, I do have my own anecdotal evidence.
